The Isis Adventure - Most Difficult Puzzle Ever?

Well, at least that’s what this high tech puzzle is marketed as. The Isis puzzle, originated in the UK, is made up of a brushed alloy banded orb. Each band on the Isis is etched with hieroglyphics.
In order to open the Isis, you need to position the bands in the right combination. Doesn’t sound hard? Some product reviewers took as long as a whole year to unlock this addicting puzzle. But opening it is just the start. On each unique Isis is a 10-digit serial number. You can register this serial number at The Isis Adventure website.
Once you have registered your personal Isis, you are given access to the decryption files which will help you along the way of fully unlocking the Isis. But there’s more!

Sound like an adventure to me. Completing puzzle, take on adventure (even on a website), everything is a fun game! Highly recommanded gift to those who love adventure!
I just got one as an xmas gift. I am intrigued. When registering my puzzle online there is a checkbox that read “check this for a free clue. by checking this box you agrees [sic] to get spam”. I gave it my spam email account. What was the clue I received? “The Isis is a multi dimensional locking puzzle”. Umm yeah, I figured that out just by reading the box. It’s just a ay to get marketing information to you. beware.

this puzzle is a rip off, endless you are an egyption mastermind with an iq of over 200
its simple really, its just a basic substitution cypher, just guess at a relevant keyword eg ‘hello’ and eventually you will get the correct key word when a all he bands make coherent words, apparantly you simply just make a phrase with these words and hey presto, open!
