No pencil and paper? No problem. The SmartShopper Grocery List Organizer Model SS101 is the perfect aid to helping you shop smarter and faster. This portable gadget records, categorizes, and prints shopping and errand lists. So just place it somewhere convenient such as the fridge door (it’s magnetic and/or wall mountable), and when you realize you need to start a list, simply press the record button and say “coffee filters” or whatever it is you need and the SmartShopper will store it in its memory. When you’ve accumulated your entire list just press the print button and it will be printed alphabetized.

The SmartShopper (MSRP $130) runs on 4 AA batteries, and prints without ink so you don’t have to worry about replacing ink cartridges. This would make for a cool gift, but I probably wouldn’t buy it for myself. I’d rather pocket the $130 and stick with the good old-fashioned pencil and paper. I think we might have to change our name from Fresh Geeks to Frugal Geeks. LOL
